Rosie Copsey (nee Weston) has a wealth of experience as a chef. She established the award winning Vineyard Café on the Sharpham Estate and along with her talented team made the eating experience a highlight for many.
Her ‘back to basics’ approach to food has won her many an award and much deserved recognition, both nationally as well as within the South West and her home county of Devon. Her love of responsibly sourcing local, seasonal and fresh ingredients and her respect for their environments means she only uses the very best for her simple yet beautiful dishes.
